EthicEco offers ethical training sessions designed for leaders seeking to enhance responsible decision-making.
3.1 Scheduling and Changes
Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
3.2 Cancellation and Non-Reimbursable Services
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session are not eligible for reimbursement, due to preparation commitments. This policy ensures fair consideration to our expert instructors.
3.3 Reimbursement for Services
If EthicEco cancels a session, clients will receive a reimbursement of the paid fee within 14 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed means. To request such reimbursement, please use our contact form.
4. Information Products
Our digital resources, such as e-guides and video tutorials, are available for immediate access upon purchase.
4.1 Access and Use
Clients gain instant and continuous access to purchased materials. All content is for personal development and may not be shared or redistributed.
4.2 Reimbursement and Access Withdrawal
Given the immediate delivery of digital products, they are not eligible for reimbursement once access credentials have been issued. If access has not yet been granted, clients may request cancellation and reimbursement by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase using our contact form.
5. Merchandise
EthicEco-branded items are available through our online store.
5.1 Shipping and Handling
Products ship from our facility in Toronto, ON. Delivery times may vary based on location.
5.2 Refunds and Reimbursement
Clients may send back unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a refund request, use our contact form. Items must be in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a reimbursement of the purchase fee will be processed within 14 business days.
